Malaysia born Gen-X Chinese hustler, started my F&B career journey in year 2003 after high school as a Commis cook in Singapore and over the years ventured into retails and services industry in homeland Malaysia, I've worked with several multi-nation companies (MNC) namely Starbucks Coffee, YTL Group, Laksaamana and few more as their upper management overseeing and training hundreds of staffs.In year 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic struck and not long after, I was retrenched from my last employment as they ceased all their operation. I am currently (since March 2021) in Singapore, engaged by Victory Kitchen, champion and lead their opening team in setting up their new outlet(s).I am open to explore a new permanent role or any opportunity that might come and would appreciate your support.
