Firstly, I scrape suburb and house data from Domain.com.au website and put them into a Couch DB, which is host on AWS. Secondly, based on some reasonable assumption, I give two scenarios to analyze this problem. One is for single young people and the other is for families. Given some reasonable requirements, I can recommend new settlers where they should start looking for house to buy or rent. Finally, I analyze individual houses and their price (predictions) in those recommended suburbs to give better recommendations.
