IMPORT AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD INGREDIENTS

• Management of activities related to organizing the development of distribution and sales of the company's products;• Ensuring the effectiveness and profitability of the sales process;• Financial analysis of pricing for the company's products and monitoring compliance;• Negotiating with key clients;• Building the sales department structure;• Managing the sales department, setting tasks, plans, and monitoring execution;• Preparing sales plans and budgets;• Monitoring the budgeting process and maintaining the reporting system.

• Building a distribution system in the territory and monitoring distributors' compliance with agreement conditions (especially distributors' shipment territories)• Implementing a global reporting system for Chicago Distributors (sales, stocks, compliance with trade terms, merchandising, etc.)• Monitoring and coordinating marketing activities and trade marketing programs• Developing and implementing measures to significantly reduce counterfeit products.
