Lexnet is a business I started after completing high school and have continued to maintain for several years now. I developed and supported multi-vendor eCommerce websites for dentists, managed thousands of online products from 60 of the biggest dental suppliers in the country. I also secured critical data over the web for over 15000 dental products as well as configuring systems to facilitate wholesale orders. I have in later years continued to passively manage web hosting for my existing customers and also continue to work closely with my clients on any tweaks or new web development projects.

As a Systems Engineer at OmniNet, my role involves managing and completing external IT support tickets in a CRM based system, planning, leading and executing IT projects for businesses as well as configuring and maintaining core services such as our RMM environment and cloud backup systems.The tickets that I manage range in complexity across all levels of IT support for a variety of residential and business customers. To briefly summarize, the issues that I am experienced in troubleshooting are centred in MSP, ISP and general IT services for a range of businesses nationwide and internationally.In this role I have become adept in assessing both system and end-user requirements so that optimal solutions are reached in the most efficient manner. I am an experienced problem solver and can work through unfamiliar environments when necessary to deliver solutions and fixes in complex situations and understand how to manage problems in an economically viable manner.My role as a systems engineer also involves a large amount of consulting too where I regularly propose advancements in business IT infrastructure and work closely with key stakeholders to manage projects from quoting to completion and often undertake both the sales and technical aspects in these projects and am responsible for proactively assessing where opportunities and leads should be addressed.

After first volunteering for the IT department during my first year of high school, I was employed to initially assist in imaging Windows 8 onto client PCs and joining AD domains before my role was further expanded throughout my years in high school.In 2014 I was trained and then hired to perform electrical tests on class 1 and 2 electrical appliances as well as verifying their integrity and maintaining test results for the school.I was called upon to work on Microsoft, Google, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti systems for Te Puke High School. This involved configuring operating systems, TCP/IP networks, WAPs/Routers and firewalls for a large network and setting up surveillance cameras. I would also resolve various help desk requests primarily from end-users.
