My day to day duties include speaking to potential candidates for a full airside pass across our whole airside network. Making sure that attention to detail is the main focus in everything I do, from checking candidate forms to sending and receiving references. Working closely with the various ID Centres to ensure the full compliance requirements are met with every single application that gets sent over. Along with great teamwork with consultants in my division ensuring all that are required to work receive an airside pass in a timely manner.Along with new business that has recently been won I am working on the compliance process for the on going works at the Houses of Parliament. This includes travelling around London to meet candidates in order to make sure the required forms are filled in correctly and all documents are checked in person. Then completing the full application packs in a timely manner and send over to our end client.Helping to provide Compliance to wider divisions within Shorterm Group and assisting with the creation and implementation of processes within the business. Providing an outside eye onto other aspects of the business whilst continually focussing on our vastly expanding airports division.
