• Use of BST-CAD for the input and placement of engineering designs• Performed quality control modifications to engineered designs of utility terminals and cables through computer software applications • Extensive use of Microsoft Excel

• Direct assistance to the House Minority Leader of the Alabama House of Representatives • Direct assistance to legislators and support staff regarding correspondence, speaking with constituents, making public presentations, writing press releases, communicating with the press and setting up press conferences • Daily use of interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service responsibilities in resolving voter conflicts
