Action Team is a cross department back-up team, which was created on the necessity to provide additional support in periods of peaks or time crises. The main purpose is helping other teams with operational tasks and in the same time completing daily activities. Between March and August 2013 acted as back-up for GWE Special Pricing Team. Main responsibilities: - To process requests that are coming from sales representatives in a timely manner as agreed with Sales Organization for Sweden- To perform high complexity tasks (value judgment on Business Justification) - To verify the accuracy of data contained in the requests - To make sure that prices, discounts and other data are correct and obtaines all necesarry authorisations for the processing of the requests In present I’m the primary back-up for Equipment Management and Remarketing Team
