My current role requires me to work effectively in small team, running marketing operations for Domination Homes, a luxury home construction company. My tasks include the creative direction, planning and supervision of media content in addition to the planning, organisation and execution of varied business events each with targeted goals and outcomes. As well as competition research and idea generation, I am also responsible for providing marketing advise to the rest of the business based on experience and proven theory.Key achievements·Organised, planned and supervised a successful home open launch event. This event generated multiple leads and strengthened business-to-business relationships, an essential outcome in the current marketspace and industry landscape.·Successfully audited and relaunched two business websites with the primary goals of increased lead acquisition and conversion.·Planned, organised and directed high-quality content production covering a large variety of topics and objectives. These include advertisements, product and service education, brand awareness and opinion improvement.·Worked and communicated efficiently within a medium business to understand the marketing needs of all departments, maximising the effectiveness of the marketing department.·Developed strong short and long term marketing strategies focused on the current and future forecasted needs of the business.·Produced and oversaw the production of social media content and campaigns across all popular channels. This content was varied in order to suitably target each of my identified target audiences.
