I am currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at TOGA, with overall responsibility for all aspects of finance, tax, treasury, technology, risk, talent and culture, and portfolio management.I was the lead Deloitte audit partner for a number of ASX200, global, mid cap and large private property, funds management, construction and private equity backed companies. In addition to providing audit services, I specialised in providing transaction advice, as well as accounting advice, forecast reviews, investigating accountant's reports to leading companies in Australia.I was the National Leader of the Corporate Market for Deloitte which comprises the largest ASX and multinational companies in Australia. In addition I worked with companies in the real estate, construction and private equity sectors including helping companies transform given the pace of change of technology and thinking transforming industry. I was a partner in Audit and Assurance with over 20 years’ experience specialising in real estate and construction. Having worked with Deloitte in Sydney, London and Toronto serving clients in the industry I brought a global perspective to my clients.
