I’m a strategist and a change leader committed to accelerating innovation in the life insurance industry, consolidating New York Life’s position as a digital transformation leader, and widening the accessibility of financial security and peace of mind. In my role as Head of Strategic Capabilities, I’m responsible for enterprise technology, corporate development and strategy, data and AI, as well as New York Life Ventures, the company’s corporate venture capital arm. My focus is on driving growth and innovation through the alignment of business strategy with execution through technology, data, and AI.The Strategic Capabilities department plays a key role in enabling the company to evolve - driving profitable growth, agility, and resilience - while staying true to our mission and values. In a rapidly changing world, that’s a challenge.  Digitization and AI have facilitated many advances in products and services and the delivery of a better customer, agent and employee experience. I believe there’s much more to come and that these changes will have a positive and enduring impact on the lives of many people.  Away from work, my role on the Board of the YMCA of Greater New York is really rewarding and I’m proud to support them in their work to empower youth, improve health and strengthen communities.  I also enjoy travel, tennis, spending time outdoors and socializing. I love to collect art and am fascinated by scientific advances, and how new technologies and discoveries will change our world.I’m always interested in connecting with people who have common areas of interest and expertise.
