About Alex Cooley

I use different skills/traits that I have learned from both being in school and my current line of work everyday. Working in the Human Resource field, I have met with different individuals from different backgrounds, race, and cultures and I treat each individual with respect and very courteous to each and every individual. I also come into contact with at least 10 individuals a week in an effort to seek and find gainful employment with our many accounts that we have open and give a full effort to comply with their needs. When it comes to gaining business for a company I go above and beyond the call of duty for my job and do whatever is necessary to make sure that my company is as successful as possible even if it isn’t a part of my job description or daily routine. I also work well in a team environment, because I understand the importance of team work and helping others to perform a certain task/duty and I welcome it. I also believe that I have the necessary qualities to lead a team or fellow employees as I have had extensive experience in leading and facilitating a group of individuals towards a certain task/goal.
