I was the only trained team member on this product for 3 months. Since then I have been promoted to the Business Savings Champion, where I have worked to improve several areas of this product. This includes streamlining the on-boarding process, creating a business process start to finish and working with the Financial Crime Department to ensure we adhere to our internal rules and external regulations. I am also responsible for training staff and reporting all business activity to the management team. Day to day I deal with new business accounts taking them through the KYC/CDD/EDD and PEP and Sanction Screening if needed. I then process and document all information on an on-boarding form. From my findings I decide whether a business should be on-boarded or not and provide a rationale using the evidence I have collected.I ensure all reports are completed and all customers are dealt with within the agreed timescales.
