Us Army Sustainment Command

Serves as the principal Intelligence and Security Officer for Army Sustainment Command (ASC), a world-wide Logistics Enterprise consisting of over 30,000 Soldiers, DA Civilians, and Contractor personnel, comprised of 7 Army Field Support Brigades, 6 Support Brigades, and 78 Logistical Readiness Centers with a budget of over $3.6 Billion dollars to provide logistics support to Combatant Commanders and the Joint Force. Serves as the primary intelligence advisor to the ASC Commanding General on intelligence matters concerning the operational environment, mission analysis, cyber threats, and counterintelligence operations. Responsible for security operations, acquisition security, foreign disclosure, communications security, technology protection, and industrial security. Synchronizes Army Contractor personnel security investigations in support of Logistics Civil Augmentee Program through Homeland Security, Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12). Responsible for an intelligence directorate of 10 military and 7 civilian personnel.

Nsocc-A/Sojtf-A

JISE Director for NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan/Special Operations Joint Task Force-Afghanistan (NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A), consisting of 13,500 Coalition personnel and 34,000 Afghan partners assigned for four major subordinate commands. Leads the day-to-day efforts of 45 Soldiers, Sailors, civilians, and contractors providing joint and multi-national intelligence analysis and support to strategic, operational, and tactical planning and operations focused on the Afghanistan Combined Joint Area of Operations. Provides current and future enemy threat assessments and recommendations in support of NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A Commanding General's priority intelligence requirements. Conducts federated intelligence production in support of RESOLUTE SUPPORT MISSION AFGHANISTAN, USSOCCOM and the Intelligence Community's analytic efforts. Produces daily strategic and operational-level Intelligence Highlights consumed by NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A leadership and subordinate units. Supports multi-lateral intelligence partnerships in support of Operation FREEDOM'S SENTINEL and the NATO RESOLUTE SUPPORT mission in Afghanistan to support the NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A Commanding General's operational objectives.

National Security Agency-Hawaii

Serves as the Deputy Director for Cybersecurity and Counterintelligence Operations (CCIO) at the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) Hawaii Cryptologic Center (NSA-H). Leads a 110+ person Directorate, responsible for discovering and analyzing emerging foreign Cyber threats, while countering the threats using various means. Directs, coordinates and provides strategic guidance to four Department of Defense (DoD) civilian office chiefs, responsible for a diverse spectrum of intelligence activities across the cybersecurity and counterintelligence disciplines. Serves as the senior Army officer at NSA-H and senior military advisor to the CCIO Director through executive-level coordination with service commanders and their deputies. Provides guidance and direction to the CCIO Partnership program, through consistent and productive cybersecurity and counterintelligence information sharing with interagency and foreign partners. Serves as CCIO Director in his absence.

500Th Military Intelligence Brigade

Brigade Operations Officer (S3) for a deployable, theater-level Military Intelligence Brigade of 1,300 personnel, consisting of three active battalions and one reserve battalion, providing mission tailored, multi-disciplined intelligence collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination and force protection in support of U.S. Army Pacific, U.S. Pacific Command, and other regionally aligned forces or commands as directed. Responsible for planning, coordinating and synchronizing brigade operations in support of overseas contingency operations, theater collection requirements, the Theater Security Cooperation Program and daily operations. Plans, coordinates and supervises brigade training management, ensuring high standards in execution and efficient use of time and training resources. Leads, trains and supervises 49 Officers, NCOs and Civilians.

National Security Agency

US Army Command and General Staff College Interagency Fellow serving a one year DA nominative board-select fellowship tour in support of the National Security Agency (NSA)/Central Security Service (CSS). Supports the CENTCOM Account Managers, Army Cryptologic Operations (ACO) and NSA/CSS Threat Operations Center (NTOC) as a senior Army intelligence officer. Provides research, analysis and recommendations in support of the United States Cryptologic System, cyberspace operations and security and intelligence programs across the Department of Defense. Liaises with Interagency, Allied and Coalition partners as well as with US Cyber Command, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard and Army Cryptologic Elements, NSA Directorate Chiefs and Mission Managers on multiple cryptologic issues.

Us Army Sustainment Command

Serves as Executive Officer to the Commanding General (CG), United States Army Sustainment Command (ASC); a global organization consisting of nearly 70,000 military, civilian and government contractors responsible for sustaining Army and Joint Forces in support of Combatant Commands. Ensures the CG has the available resources to make timely, accurate, and informed decisions for the betterment of the command. Responsible for the synchronization and resolution of issues impacting the command to include policies, practices and procedures governing ASC missions. Exercises a high level of interaction and coordination with Agency-level offices, higher headquarters, joint staff offices, civilian contractors, other Major Commands/Major Subordinate Commands/Installations, and senior level ASC staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Us Army Sustainment Command

Chief of Intelligence for US Army Sustainment Command (ASC), consisting of 70,000 military, DA civilians, and contractors located globally in seven Field Support brigades, 20 battalions, the Army Distribution Management Center, and 73 Logistics Readiness Centers. Provided support in 17 countries and 55 locations worldwide, including forward deployed units in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Led the Intelligence Support Element (ISE) in synchronizing the efforts of 11 military, DA civilian, and contractor intelligence personnel in providing timely, accurate, and predictive intelligence analysis based on the commanders Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR). Planned, developed, managed, and synchronized the Sustainment Intelligence Enterprise from tactical to strategic levels, including cyber, topographic, and counterintelligence analysis. Managed the only Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) within 250 miles. Served as the ASC Commanding General's (CG) Executive Officer when needed.

1St Information Operations Command

Serves as the 1st Information Operations (IO) Command's Analysis and Control Element (ACE) Chief, responsible for integrating and providing Information Operations Intelligence Integration (IOII) on a global, continuous basis to deployed Field Support Teams, Land Component Commanders, and other Joint Forces with reachback planning and analysis capabilities supporting the Global War on Terror. Plans, directs and prioritizes intelligence processing, collection management, and analysis; supervises the development of intelligence products; and coordinates 1st IO Command's intelligence operations with other Army, Department of Defense, and National intelligence agencies. Responsible for the development and supervision of 93 personnel comprised of military (Active, Reserve, National Guard), Department of the Army Civilians, and contractors.

Iraq Training And Advisory Mission

Serves as the Operations and Plans Officer for the Iraq Training and Advisory Mission (ITAM)- Intelligence Directorate, a joint interagency organization, consisting of 75 military, civilian, and contractor personnel responsible for advising, training, equipping, and building the capacity of Iraqi Security Forces' intelligence organizations. Leads a joint staff effort that develops and executes plans and projects that promote the emergence of a self-reliant Iraqi intelligence community capable of supporting counterinsurgency operations and national defense. Synchronizes operations and plans with other ITAM directorates, United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I), and the U.S. intelligence community. Ensures IT AM-Intel plans and operations are fully synchronized with the USF-I drawdown and mission transfer planning process from USF-I to the U.S. State Department Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq (OSC-I).

Maintain a strong and consistent course presence in an online asynchronous learning environment by actively engaging with students to facilitate the learning process, as well as assessing at multiple levels if that learning has been met. Responsible for course maintenance, review, and development. As needed, participate in other forms of academic administration and student development in support of University goals and accreditation standards. Teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Intelligence Management, Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies and Protection Management programs.
