As the 26-year-old Director of Business Development at BBC Global Services, I've spent the last four years immersing myself in the world of outsourcing. After a lifetime in New Jersey, I now call Denver, Colorado, home—a move that has enriched both my personal and professional life. The past year of working remotely has been transformative, teaching me more about the staffing industry, business dynamics, and myself than any other period in my life.Now in my 4th year with BBC Global Services and 2nd as Director of Business Development, I’ve become an expert in outsourcing. I’ve lived, breathed, and navigated nearly every scenario you can imagine in this industry. Watching both my company and the businesses I’ve partnered with grow over the years has been incredibly rewarding. I have a deep understanding of outsourcing from all angles, and I’m always ready to share insights and strategies with those curious about BBC Global or the industry at large.In my role, I regularly engage in face-to-face Google Meets with clinic and business owners nationwide, helping them solve pain points and fill job openings with dedicated offshore staff. From customer support reps and data entry to medical VAs for healthcare organizations, I tailor solutions to meet specific needs.My work takes me across the country, exhibiting at healthcare conferences, which I meticulously plan and register for, ensuring our presence at key industry events. I lead a dynamic team of SDRs located in the Philippines and Mexico, and I’m hands-on in every aspect of our operations—writing email scripts, generating leads, delivering sales presentations, drafting business proposals, and more. I thrive on the challenge of balancing communication across multiple time zones and implementing effective sales strategies.I love what I do and take pride in helping small and growing businesses overcome the labor crisis that’s affecting our country. It’s been a joy to watch companies I’ve supported with offshore staff thrive over the years.
