- Operational and program management of residential nonprofit summer camp, during camp season and Spring/Autumn conference center seasons- Development and implementation of staff and supervisor training- Hiring manager for all seasonal roles- Management of around 40 staff- Supporting staff, and taking a lead role where needed, with complex and challenging camper cases, including behavioral issues, developmental and physical differences and interfacing with social services, families and other partner agencies- Development and writing of camp policies- Writing camp publications to staff, campers, families, alumni and donors- Writing and presenting monthly reports to Board of Directors and managing BoD relationships- Communication with stakeholders at all levels, in and out of season- Relationship development and management with camp families, staff, state governmental and nonprofit partners- Contribution to organizational strategic goal setting and budget setting- Intentionally building and nurturing a positive culture at all levels of the organization

- Management and development of the IPSA processes for security and disability provision for Members of Parliament and their staff- Account and relationship management for 160 MPs and their staff- Meeting regularly with MPs to advise, train and brief on security and disability issues- Communication, tailored to the needs of the audience, with internal and external stakeholders - Regular attendance at House of Commons and IPSA regional training events, presenting to MPs on IPSA updates and policies and providing specialist advice.- Providing written and verbal briefings, to senior management, MPs and other external stakeholders on security and disability issues for MPs- Working to develop and improve policies and processes for the provision of security and disability assistance to MPs

- Developing and managing relationships with newly elected Members of Parliament (MPs)- Serving as a single point of contact for 24 MPs, providing specific advice training and support catered to their individual needs- Developing processes and strategies for training and communication with the 2015 General Election intake- Balancing proactive account management with political sensitivity and independence in line with IPSA's regulatory function- Working collaboratively with other IPSA departments and House of Commons offices- Briefing and training MPs and their staff members

- Contributing to the development and improvement of staff training- Office administration including liaising with suppliers and maintaining records- Developing strategies, collaboratively, to deal with complex cases and fulfill organizational objectives- Organization and scheduling of off-season conference centre events - Organizational lead in the provision of reflective performance feedback to staff- Designing and running leadership/team building activities for staff, children and corporate groups- General management, personal and professional support for staff- Work with young people with complex behavioral issues, ASD, many forms of neurodiversity and differing levels of physical ability

- Developing and delivering an intensive residential youth leadership program for 15-16 year olds- Coaching and mentoring youth leaders to maximize their personal and leadership development- Delivering training and development sessions for youth leaders- All organization and scheduling surrounding multiple four week residential programs, including organization of events

- Drafting of letters, emails and campaign literature- Local and national media analysis- General administration and office support- Local Election campaigning
