Contacted Alumni for two main purposes:-Firstly, to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the University and its Alumni offering further support and enquiring as to where their career has taken them since graduating. -Secondly, to inform them of our efforts to raise funds for research projects, campus improvements and programmes to encourage excellence through scholarships.

Carried out primary research into the sustainability performance of UK Facilities Management companies in the form of a desktop study scoring each company against a set of sustainability criteria using evidence from their various annual reports and website content.
