Client receives a detailed report identifying conditions with may require repair or replacement of a home system or component. Client uses information to make an informed decision in purchase of home.

Dimock is a non-profit comprehensive community health & human services provider. Support services, with an annual budget of $2.5 million, provided to over 325 employees. Facilities consist of nine buildings, totaling 180,000 square feet, located on a nine-acre campus.

Responsible for physical security measures employed by the Division’s security department. Instrumental in the development of department’s risk analysis program, developed first set of “General Post Orders” used by security personnel, and coordinated several internal investigations which resulted in reducing crime conducive conditions.

Provided crime prevention services to neighborhood elderly and community groups.
