● Operate front desk of 190 room, extended-stay business hotel in downtown St. Louis. ● Responsible for guest check in/out and ensure customer satisfaction during extended stay. ● Act as dispatcher for multiple hotel shuttles to the surrounding destinations.

• Carry out sales duties for 14 major restaurant supply manufacturers such as Robot Coupe, Steelite USA, American Metalcraft and Bon Chef.• Organize and execute sales presentations for upwards of 100 people and demonstrate new products and product lines to company “decision makers.”• Create and develop relationships with product owner/operators and end-user chefs, leading to increased sales numbers and revenue.• Responsible for lead generation and execution.• Attend industry trade shows to promote products.• Interact with product end-users in order to gain product feedback, and provide feedback and sales reports directly to manufacturers.
