-Worked with SOLIDWORKS to fix old and outdated models, reducing technical burdon on the company. Helped the Mechanical Design Team with the transition into a PDM-based file storage environment.-Designed and prototyped a mechanical tool that allows operators to reduce finger pain during assembly of PCBs and cut assembly time by 25%.-Worked with the Mechanical Design and purchasing team to create new and update old Mylar screens for thermostats as well as update and up-revision labels for the Delta Controls family of products.

-Developed process parameters, toolpaths and strategies for the implementation of a laser manufacturing process that reduced the cost of a component in Kardium's Globe Catheter by 20%-Performed NPI tasks related to bringing the manufacture of a new product online. Authored work instructions and held meetings with operators to gain feedback on several processes related to this product.-Developed custom jigs and tools using SOLIDWORKS and machined these tools to be used in medical device manufacturing environments.
