Ensured all new employees were safety trained by foreman when hired. Ensured all worksites were safe and work areas were up to code required by OSHA. Ensured company’s IIPP and the IIPP’s of all company’s under the Schaper Co. umbrella were consistant, current and up to code as required by OSHA.Ensured that all superintendents were fulfilling their duties in the way of consistently safety training new hires and safety training all employees under them in proper use of any PPE required by the job being preformed, required by OSHA.

Operated Tractors and all attached equipment to preform various necessary duties on farm. Also helped oversee irrigation, make repairs to irrigation and farm equipment, assisted in bookkeeping come harvest time.

Facilitated the safety training of all new employees including proper use of PPE and proper procedure in handling toxic chemicals. Facilitated routine inspections to ensure work areas and machinery were clean safe and up to code in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

Performed and oversaw all essential janitorial and basic maintenance work was completed and carried out correctly.

Assisted in the install of all hardware, doors, baseboard, trim and cabinets in new track homes.
