CurrentTrusted advisor and strategic business partner to Grant Thornton's Advisory, Tax, Audit, and ICS Service Lines and active member of the Learning & Effectiveness Leadership Team. Learning subject matter expert, architect, and consultant helping Grant Thornton achieve high-performance by thinking systematically and strategically about each service line's learning needs and building consistency and connections across learning curriculums and content. In partnership with the national Service Line Leaders, provide consultation on how best to map business priorities into a comprehensive learning strategy. Engage directly with service line business leaders and colleagues within the People & Community Team to ensure effective learning programs that address specific skill, knowledge and capability needs are integrated into new or existing curricula, coaching/feedback solutions, and learning. Lead a team of service-line dedicated Learning Program Leaders, providing strategic direction alongside continuous coaching and mentoring. Partner with program managers, instructional designers, and implementation delivery specialists to design/deliver/implement the learning strategy. Ensure a consistent “one firm” approach to learning within Grant Thornton, creative and innovative learning solutions, and operationally excellent delivery experiences.
