Mr. Dickey is a full time Consulting Faculty member at KFBS. He teaches Consulting Skills and Fundamentals (CSF) to MBA Students and is also a Faculty Advisor in the STAR Program.

Mr Dickey had two primary responsibilities with NTT Data, inc. First, he supported the successful integration of CG into NTTD's Financial Services vertical. Secondly, he was responsible for defining and rolling out the firm's Business Consulting vision and strategy across all four go-to-market verticals.

Carlisle and Gallagher Consulting Group (CG) was the largest and fastest growing independent Consulting firm focused exclusively on the Financial Services Industry. The firm served many of the leading Financial Services firms in North America and had offices in Charlotte, Dallas, NYC, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Chicago. Mr. Dickey joined CG in late 2009 and was responsible for Strategy, Operations, and Capabilities. During his time with CG, the firm had a CAGR of 30% and the firm grew to over 1,000 Consultants and $150m in revenue. CG was acquired by NTT Data, inc in July of 2015. Some of Mr. Dickey's responsibilities at CG included:* Leading the firm strategy for Growth (CG 2.0, CG 2015)* Building out operations (e.g., Recruiting, HR, Finance, contract management, technology) to support a fast growing national company.* Developing consulting practice areas and offerings to differentiate CG and demand premium pricing in the marketplace.* Establishing a Marketing strategy and brand positioning to ensure CG was recognized by clients and potential employees.* Supporting the CEO and Board throughout the acquisition including poisoning, due diligence, contracts, and communication activities.

Mr. Dickey taught a Business Planning course to Undergraduate Arts & Sciences upper classmen at UNC Chapel Hill. The curriculum is focused on developing a comprehensive business plan for a new start-up venture.

Mr. Dickey had a successful 20+ year career at Accenture with experience defining, developing, and implementing innovative solutions for the world’s most respected Financial Institutions.
