Glow also offers: Research/feedback kits, access to a variety of audiences, intuitive analysis tool and research content and data sets.Appointed to establish an operational framework to prepare for scale up across sales, marketing, research, product development and service delivery.Accountabilities:- Lead group planning cycle for the Executive Leadership Team- Identify market opportunities and build relevant value propositions and strategies- Manage the group's marketing function (Digital, Brand, PR, Advertising, Partnerships)- Develop the group's digital channel and automation capabilities - Manage the group's research and insights function- Lead the product development of platform content- Design and implement sales and client service operation processes- Lead target operating model and change management for scale and growth readiness- Implement lean start up go-to-market approach across the business - Accountable for user growth and CPA targets
