Hired by Amrop to build the London Office's Private Banking and Wealth Management practice from scratch. Worked on a fully retained basis across the London, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco markets. Built a team and a very successful franchise focusing on Director to Managing Director and C-Suite placements, both in pure play Wealth Management and across wider Financial Services. Cross-sold the wider Amrop business and worked on projects in tandem with our international offices whenever requiredA key stakeholder in the business, involved in wider recruitment and strategy but whilst always retaining a primary focus on delivering core, retained, executive search mandates for our clients

Initially hired to build the Swiss-Onshore Private Banking and Wealth Management practice at Fox. Established the firm's footprint in the region and built a successful team covering Geneva and Zurich leading to the creation of the firm's permanent office in Geneva and subsequently full Swiss licence. Also executed Director to Managing Director placements in the London Market in parallel to Switzerland. In January 2011, was seconded to run the firm’s Singapore office and team, where we worked on a fully retained basis completing individual senior placements in the SEA region, as well as multiple team moves. Conducted market analysis projects for two tier one clients prior to each making major acquisitions within those markets.
