In this role I acted as the liaison between brokers and asset managers participating in ConvergEx's Commission Recapture program. By forming relationships with both parties and understanding variations in reporting, I was able to accurately and in a timely manner, reconcile and report trade information to brokers, asset managers and plan sponsors; while simultaneously suggesting process changes to the way my team managed reconciliation efforts which increased productivity and reporting accuracy.
