ProfitAbility are leaders in the design of customized simulation-based learning. I worked there for 13 years in total, 10 in the USA. After 6 years of success in America in business development, I was promoted to lead the Americas operation and set up an office in Chicago. This part of my career is where I learned my trade and discovered my passion. A lot of mistakes, which turned into successes. I was given full P&L responsibility, strategy formulation and full accountability of its execution.Selected Accomplishments:• Designed new product, Magnetic Leadership, which contributed 50% of sales in 2014 and has become the most successful solution in the portfolio.
