• 1on1, 2on1, online personal training with a wide variety of clientele.• Strength, conditioning, nutritional and lifestyle individualised coaching• Managing a full client load of approximately 30-40 sessions a week• Use of several online platforms including Trainerize and Mindbody

• Managing group strength training sessions of 6-20 clients

• Open floor coaching of semi-professional and professional athletes from over 30 different sports• Implementing in and out of house team performance testing of up to 60 athletes with the use VALD equipment• High degree of knowledge on how to systemise training processes.

• Ability to manage and organise large groups of participants.• Effectively deal with difficult situations and conflict resolution • Providing first aid in a sporting environment• Well established time management skills

• Prescribing and delivery of strength and conditioning programs• Liaising with the high-performance manager and physiotherapists with return to play athletes• Conducting injury prevention protocols

• Movement analysis of athletes• Power development programming and delivery • Fitness testing, education, and goal setting of athletes
