Project was visited by Michelle Obamaduring the 2008 DNC due to its commitment to its residents and the community.Leasing/Sales:Interviewed prospective tenants, and sold them on the features and benefits of theproperty and qualify for various programs from market rents to government-regulatedlow income housing tax credit.• Increased occupancy from 80% to 99% within 6-months of a 12-month goal.• Recognized & Awarded for being in the top 5% for leasing sales, and customerservice in the Nation, with LPC.Compliance:Evaluated lease files for compliance with government programs and regulations as wellas corporate policies, procedures and quality standards.• Assigned more than 150 lease files that were past due for renewal which wasjeopardizing government eligibility.
