I am a Workforce Management Consultant at Tanda, a cloud-based software company that helps businesses automate payroll, rostering, and time tracking. I work with clients from various industries, such as hospitality, retail, and healthcare, to implement and customise Tanda's solutions according to their specific needs and goals. I also provide training, support, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction and retention.I have over seven years of experience in the retail/fast food industry, where I developed strong skills in operations management, business relationship management, and profit management. I started as a Crew Person at McDonald's and worked my way up to Restaurant Manager, managing a team of 200+ staff and overseeing the daily operations of the store. I have completed a Bachelor of Business (Management) and Justice at QUT, where I have learnt the fundamentals of business administration, management, Project Management, and operations, as well as the legal and ethical aspects of running a business.
