CurrentI managed a programme of work which integrated the public estate, specifically for healthcare. Having delivered a range of strategic level objectives by engaging with a wide-range of stakeholders, I restructured all existing workstreams and projects into the overarching programme, by undertaking a prioritisation review and improvement exercise. • Implemented a refreshed programme structure which provided assurance on delivery of projects to Exec Team• Designed and delivered centralised mechanism for public estate leads within Surrey to share building requirements/vacancies to encourage shared use of public estate and colocation to save public funds• Supported in establishing a new tool for Trusts, the ICB, and District and County Councils to calculate S106/CIL monies for health estate. Increased contributions from £800k in past 10 years to £1.2m in first year of implementation• Successfully managed and delivered Surrey office fit-out on behalf of Surrey Heartlands ICB according to time, cost, and quality by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including designers, contractors, finance, and IT. I was responsible for presenting progress updates to Directors.
