-Leading a team of ~25 people consisting of CS, Business, and Mechanical Operations who design and build an Autonomous Sailboat each year to compete in the International Robotic Sailboat Regatta-Directing and Managing all team operations during the 2023-2024 school year (Leadership transition over summer 2024)-Designed a keel connection and hull, using a variety of tools and manufacturing techniques including CAD, drills, composite layups, 3D printing, and others-Compiled a 20+ page technical report detailing work done each semester; design requirements, in depth design reviews, manufacturing processes, and future work-Directed the effective design of a new hull for the sailboat between 6 members, including a remote member-Safety Team lead from Sep. 2021 - Dec. 2022, no incidents occurred

-Ran and collected data from 1/50th scale physical models of dams – 100ft+ and $1+ million value-Analyzed data from physical models to determine viability of different configurations • Configurations included: 0-6 Sluice gate design to investigate desander viability, fishway rock pattern designs to support efficient passage in multiple conditions, and size-based sluice gate debris blockage -Supported multiple project managers with anything from sensor calibration and setup to report creation-Completed a design assessment for a desander on a dam that supports over 350,000 people and $1 billion annual value crop production

-Gave lectures and made worksheets about MATLAB programming concepts (loops, functions, recursion, etc.)-Facilitated co-operative learning among 20 students through active learning techniques
