• Focus on constructing complex financial models for companies, assets, and reserves in the oil and gas and power industries • Experience includes valuations of companies and assets primarily in the following industries: oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream, oil and gas services and equipment, renewable energy, power generation and utilities, Internet data storage and processing, and financial services• Provide a broad range of valuation services to assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, U.S. GAAP financial reporting (ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718), tax planning, and strategic planning• Research comparable publicly traded companies and precedent transactions• Review and analyze financial statements and large sets of financial data• Manage multiple client engagements and multiple associates at once • Perform valuations of business entities, oil and gas reserves, and intangible assets, which include customer relationships, contracts, trade names, deferred revenue, favorable and unfavorable contracts, non-compete agreements, backlog, assembled workforce, and resulting goodwill
