I have spent over a decade in the construction industry, spanning from high performance custom homes to Seven figure commercial renovations. My experience includes retail stores, hospital facilities, and some of the highest performing residential homes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I have taken what I’ve learned over the years of entrepreneurship and construction management and developed my leadership abilities to build teams with precision, establish procedures and systems to successfully grow and scale companies, and to create a culture in the workplace where people want to come to work. My role as Chief Operating Officer at Beacon Contracting & Design is to oversee all day to day operations, client interactions, employee oversight, manage all projects, simultaneously strategically growing and scaling the company with the Owner.
