I was commissioned to write two IT-related whitepapers for ACCA Future Research; the chosen topics were:* Cybersecurity (title of the completed whitepaper: Cybersecurity - Fighting Crime's "Enfant Terrible")* Data Lifecycle (title of the completed whitepaper: The Data Revolution)The size of each of the whitepapers had to be about 7000 words (40 pages), and they had to provide a comprehensive review of the current position and future trends of the relevant problem space, paying particular attention to issues that are likely to affect the future of the accountancy profession.Links to published reports can be found below. Both were well received, and the "Cybersecurity" report was widely quoted, especially the "I'm a CFO and I've Been hacked" jibe.
