Owner of newly opened FinCo Coffee Ltd presently serving from a Classic Citroën HY Van that is 45 Years young!My aim is to serve speciality coffee to guests from the best Roasters so we can all experience the amazing and vast flavours that the very many coffees from around the world offer.This has been a dream of mine for a long time and I hope to fulfil the dream and in time be able to have my own shop for guests to visit and take their time to sit down, unwind and enjoy their coffee, with family & friends or own their own.We now have a pop up coffee shack in The Castle Emporium, Womanby Street, Cardiff City Centre; open Monday to Saturday 7am to 5pm.Outside of work I most enjoy spending time with family & friends and watching various football (LFC - Shankly’s Best) and rugby (of both codes and both hemispheres!) but with a bias towards Cardiff Blues and CRFC.
