I have spent my career as a nonprofit program manager, grant administrator, coach, and educator with an emphasis on STEM and environmental programs. I specialize in developing partnerships in the nonprofit and academic worlds to both strengthen and build resiliency in the programs I oversee.I currently work as the Youth Programs Manager at CitySprouts, overseeing all afterschool and summer programming. I believe education is the primary conduit for change and growth in our society, and my programs reflect this through an emphasis on inquiry, interactivity, leadership, and community engagement. I believe that equity and inclusivity are an essential aspect of all programs and is best achieved by intentionally engaging with and listening to the communities that I serve.
