About Alex Frankcombe
With over 15 years of experience in the fields of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, urban design, placemaking, and public art management, I have been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects of varying scales across US, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. From city-shaping projects to street-based place activation, I have been able to deliver authentic and contextual solutions for clients and communities in both a personal and professional capacity. As designers and planners, we can create places with the right ingredients on paper, but it is the people who are central to the success of a place. Creating partnerships, engaging with people, and gaining an intimate understanding of the local context allows for the creative process of imagining, developing and communicating new ideas. With this in mind, my work with Fulton County Arts and Culture aims to engage Fulton County residents with the arts and their community through exciting and innovative programming.
