Current- Manage a $75M portfolio across 13 custom window treatment categories under the Bali national brand as well as other Private Label brands
- Successful in achieving 7% sales growth (2021 vs 2022) & maintain 35% market share in 2022
- Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth utilizing promotions
- Manage negotiations of promotional & rebate contracts, price increases, product placement opportunities, and tailored category line extensions
- Analyze production trends, customer service metrics, and supply reports to identify needs for managed expectations with key account personnel
- Lead the design, preparation, and delivery of quarterly business reviews, sales presentations, product overviews, & new product training
