Channel Program Manager
CurrentThe Channel Program Manager maintains and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to North American and European channel partners, the Channel Program Manager is responsible for developing partner contracts, monitoring online sales, reducing channel conflict, and achieving partner recruitment objectives. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. Manages potential channel conflict with other channels by fostering excellent communication internally andexternally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners and distributors.
