• Re-designed inventory assignment system (currently deployed on to Motorola MC9190-G scan guns) to use Datalogic DL-AXIST data scanners. Code was ported from Visual Studio 2008 to ASP.Net, MVC, Javascript and Visual Studio 2019.Code was redesigned to use HTML/CSS front end and the existing service on the back end. Code behind and data service ware written in C# 7.0. • Support all systems (order entry, order fulfillment, shipment, and inventory) for production environment. Investigate issues (scan logs, query database, etc.), fix software / data when necessary.• Re-designed auditing system to audit items in bulk storage and inventory. Implemented audit rules and created procedure flow to audit warehouse inventory. Mobile software was developed on Visual Studio 2008 and the service was developed on Visual Studio 2015. The client was deployed to Motorola MC9190-G scan guns and WCF was used to communicate between the clients and the service.• Created inventory conversion system to convert one inventory item to another (upgrade) or breakup inventory sets into individual items. The program handles boxing new items and inventory calculations. • Redesigned Receiving Status (monitors / processes purchase orders) program to use MVVM and WPF. The software was written in C# and developed on Visual Studio 2015• Developed daily inventory audit for daily inventory (items received, added to inventory, and dispatched (i.e. sold) the same day. Mobile software was developed on Visual Studio 2008 and the service was developed on Visual Studio 2015. • Lead developer for creating a website to repurchase cell phones online. The system was written in ASP.NET and Visual Studio 2012. It was deployed on Azure. • Lead team to create software and procedures to trace cell phone repairs. The system was written in C# and Visual Studio 2010.• Supported enterprise wide ERP system for cell phone and electronic part sales. • Added and enhanced features to a Windows application, World Watch Insight® (a product of DCI) which displayed information for trading various financial instruments. Added “Limit Minders” which track upper and lower price limits and percent changes. Coding was done in Visual Studio using the C++ programming language and MFC, ATL and COM. • Developed Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) interface for a telephone company automated testing system. Said system would accept messages from an Ericson ASC1000 switch, check and interpret the message and store critical data. • Developed return authorization application for a pharmaceutical returns company, which would allow customers to download return schedules for pharmaceutical returns. Said application was developed using java servlets (using Borland Jbuilder) and ran on and Apache server running the Linux operations system.

• Enhanced DBExpress, a desktop data mining application. Said enhancements included conversion from Windows 3.1 to Microsoft Visual Studio using C++ and MFC. • Led a complete re-design of the administrative database for the Internet based DBExpress product. The redesign involved converting a database from an ISAM based database to a relational database using ODBC. Programming was done in Visual Studio using C++ and MFC. The solution implemented object-oriented design and DCOM objects.

• Maintained and enhanced custom software for the analysis and compilation of telephone rates. The rate tables were created on a VAX using VMS and the software was written in VAX BASIC. • Converted the administrative database from VAX / VMS to Window 3.1. Software was coded in C++ using Borland products.

• Managed a VAX 11/780 installation, which included supervising a staff of two computer programmers and one data entry operator. Departmental requirements included monitoring procedures for backups, report distribution and documentation. • Supervised a programming staff of 2 programmers. This included analysis of the proposed project to determine feasibility. Determining exact programming specifications, coding, testing, debugging, and updating software, dividing the departmental workload among staff and following the progress of assigned tasks through completion.• Developed software on a VAX 11-780 using VAX BASIC. These applications largely maintained an MRP and sales quotation system. Additional programming for accounting purchasing and personnel management was accomplished using Clipper and C on Windows-based Novell network.
