Performance Dashboard Implementation Due to the decommissioning of the authorities performance reporting software, I project managed a strategic implementation of a new way of working to ensure members of the council would still have access to key performance indicators once the software was no longer live. For each service, I worked with them to enable an easy to visualise set of data metrics that would help inform decision making and keep the public informed of their performance. This was achieved using the available Microsoft packages (Fabric, Power BI, Visio, Power Query/Automate/Apps) we had access to and trained people on how to efficiently navigate each solution to meet their own needs.
