Responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of an Air Force Top 3, $80B program. Specifically, leads a 150-person team focused on establishing the facilities, tooling, processes, and quality control for manufacturing. Also leads the transition of emerging technologies from Air Force Research Lab & university research institutes to the aircraft production line.

Managed the cost, schedule, and performance for the B-2s "most difficult program". Balanced three combined programs with three different funding sources and two different decision authorities. Led a re-compete for hardware manufacturing, changing suppliers and saving the program $20M. Major program milestones achieved on budget and on schedule.

Directly responsible for the daily maintenance actions, long- and short-term scheduling, and sortie generation of 8 aircraft valued at $16 billion. Personally handled personnel actions for my team of 250+ people including promotions, separations, disciplinary actions, and re-enlistments. Revived the office culture, and fixed an ingrained feeling of distrust of leadership. Executed 1,000+ sorties and over 4,000 flying hours, while achieving the highest aircraft availability rate in over 10 years.
