• Managing multimillion client accounts and proactively working on up- and cross-sales with Sales Managers, resulting in consistent yearly growth• Establishing Mobility Cloud Practice Leadership & Competencies development new Cloud service offerings• Overseeing client expectations and building customer relationships• Collaborating with Sales Managers on New Business Acquisition: EU- and US-based automotive new logos• Managing Delivery unit performance, making sure that the portfolio within the Delivery Department performs according to the company expectations: revenue, gross and contribution margins, CSAT, NPS, and client retention• Optimizing delivery model resulting in reduced voluntary annual attrition and improved averaging ESAT• Participating in marketing strategy implementation by creating public co-marketing opportunities and events participation, such as CES 2024 and EU-local mobility conferences• Managing financial metrics: planning, validating, and regularly forecasting financial performance as well as identifying new revenue opportunities, driving revenue recognition, managing efficiencies, driving productivity, and driving the Department successfully while meeting revenue and cost budgets.• Contributing to Corporate Change Management: suggesting and introducing business process optimization initiatives in HRBP, Technology Office, and PMO departments
