Spanning the full range of the software development lifecycle toward delivering industry-leading, enterprise software to market, responsible for designing, developing, qualifying, and delivering new and enhanced functionality for organization's Access Assurance Suite; performing test planning and test execution; and documenting company software product. Will also provide internal support in prototyping new solutions with new functionality; giving demonstrations of existing product functionality; giving guidance on proper product usage, and how to troubleshoot; and fixing bugs in existing product.

• Used custom code and web service calls taking the modified data and generating Monster location overlays on the Google map on the Hiring homepage (hiring.monster.com). • Added Web Service parameters providing different resolutions for different zoom-levels. • Added modulo logic to the stored procedure call enabling a web.config value to determine how detailed the overlay boundary would be (i.e., how many boundary points per area will be returned) in SQL 2008. • Major contributor to Monster’s Enhanced Resume Search product (current product name is Power Resume Search). • Performed preliminary technical analysis using existing Resume Search products determining how they might best be leveraged into the new product.
