As part of my job duties at this firm, I am responsible for facilitating staff members with the implementation of cyber triage to identify suspicious cyber-security events and network alerts. Furthermore, I streamline workflow by increasing the efficiency of processes, detection use cases, and response playbooks. Moreover, I fulfill the security/technical requirements of customers' whilst coordinating cross-functional teams. Another duty of mine is to identify/investigate network violations by performing threat hunting, periodic network assessment/security audits, and log monitoring. As well, I install/update security systems for Fortinet/F-Secure software, hardware, and components to ensure streamlined workflow of network security. Also, contribute efforts towards achieving required goals and objectives by improving operational excellence of team.Here are some of my key accomplishments▪ Minimized troubleshooting time by 30% through creation of operating procedures for workflow and standardization.▪ Secured internal networks and resources by configuring and troubleshooting firewalls using relevant IPS, malware inspection rules, and Web-filtering.

In this job, I was asked to prevent revocation of network authorization by minimizing high cryptography vulnerability for earlier builds of Windows 10. Moreover, I utilized exceptional knowledge of Air Force/civilian cyber security policies to revise NIST publications accordingly. Furthermore, I improved and automated the incident response (IR) process by developing/implementing network security IR plans as well as alarms for SIEM. In addition to the above, I maintained security posture and ensured validation of cyber assets within defined standards; used for multiple Department of Defense (DoD) and national agency operations. Another duty was to provide vulnerabilities reports to senior management by overseeing multiple networks using Tenable Security Center.
