This position was summers only. My role was to perform any tasks assigned to me by the company's Director of IT. Most of my time was spent on larger network related projects, and time was spent assisting with tickets as well.The summer of 2021 was spent replacing switches on the network. I was tasked to stack a new brand of switches, and write the template/variable file that these switches ran off of. This also required syncing these switches on a cloud management platform.The summer of 2022 was spent replacing access points throughout the facility. Much time was also spent imaging and installing all in one machines. Another task was ensuring the installation of a new antivirus.The summer of 2023 was spent replacing core routers on the network. I then linked other routers in remote locations back to the corporate network. There was also a new fiber installed for redundant connections.
