Willow Creek aims to be long term investors and seeks assets that provide attractive risk-adjusted returns.The partners at Willow Creek are experienced private real estate and private equity investors. They have been sponsors or co-sponsors in the acquisition of over $400 million in multifamily real estate transactions and have invested over $100 million in equity.
