As Marketing Director, responsibilities included developing the infrastructure for the re-finance of the Jewellery Business Unit, developing the business plan for an integrated lifestyle business including jewellery, hospitality and tourism. This included market research, segmentation and strategic insight, managing the in-house team and external agencies, budget management and development of sales and marketing strategy, creation and implimentation of strategic partnerships and 3rd party collaborations, and managing press and social media.
