Previously, I was a Global Customer Service Trainer at Bose, where I developed and facilitated training programs for customer service agents across multiple regions and languages. I also coached and mentored new and existing trainers, ensuring quality and consistency of training delivery and performance. Before joining Bose, I was a Customer Service Trainer/Coach at SELLBYTEL Group, where I provided training and coaching for various clients in the technology and communication sectors. I have a strong background in foreign languages and communication, having studied at Atlas Sprachschule and SABEL Berufsfachschule in Germany.
