Alex has over 18 years working in insurance, personal injury, disability and employment services. Alex has extensive national experience across Return To Work SA, WorkSafe Victoria, WorkCover NSW, WorkCover Tasmania, Comcare, Motor Accident (CTP), Life and NDIS Insurance schemes. Alex’s strengths include communication, customer service, analytical, problem solving and change management skills as well as an ability to develop innovative services. Alex been recognised for being responsive to customer needs and ensures prompt and efficient integration of changes back to his teams. He develops and manages national business relationships and proactively drives service delivery that exceeds expectations. Alex is an accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor with qualifications in Psychology. He also holds a MBA from the University of South Australia.
